How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your online services account
- phone on 01582 722143 or visit us and we will tell you what the results are
Blood tests
We offer blood tests to all patients aged 16 or over. Patients under 16 need to attend either Arndale House or the hospital for their blood tests. At present we are only able to conduct blood tests for our registered patients.
Blood tests must have been requested by the GP or for a condition which requires routine regular blood tests. If the blood test form has been issued to you, you must bring this to the appointment. The phlebotomist will only be able to draw blood for the required tests.
